淫羊藿联合放射疗法治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨淫羊藿联合放射疗法治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移的临床疗效。方法选取2017年6月—2018年12月接受治疗的98名恶性肿瘤骨转移患者,并随机分为单纯放疗组与联合用药组,单纯放疗组患者只接受放射线治疗,联合用药组患者在放射治疗基础上服用淫羊藿颗粒。于治疗前后观测两组患者的临床疗效,血清Ca、P、ALP水平,骨密度,VAS评分与QLQ-C30量表评分变化情况。结果联合用药组治疗有效率为91.67%(33/36),单纯放疗组治疗有效率为75.76%(25/33),联合用药组临床疗效明显高于单纯放疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且联合用药组患者在血清Ca、P、ALP水平,VAS评分与QLQ-C30量表评分方面较单纯放疗组均有明显改善(P<0.05),但两组患者骨密度变化无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论淫羊藿联合放射疗法治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疗效显著,可降低患者疼痛程度,提高患者生活质量,减少恶性肿瘤骨转移骨质破坏,降低骨折发生率,值得临床进一步推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yiyanghuo(Epimedii Folium)combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of malignant tumor with bone metastasis. Methods A total of 98 patients with bone metastasis of malignant tumor who were hospitalized in our hospital were randomly divided into the single radiotherapy group and the combined therapy group. The clinical efficacy,serum Ca,P,ALP levels,bone mineral density,VAS score and QLQ-C30 scores of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results The combination treatment group effective rate was 91.67%(33/36),the control group treatment effective rate was 75.76%(25/33),and clinical efficacy of treatment group was obviously higher than control group(P<0.05),the combination group of patients in serum Ca,P,ALP level,VAS score and QLQ-C30 scores for relatively simple radiotherapy group were improved significantly(P<0.05),but no difference between the two groups with bone density change(P>0.05). Conclusion Yiyanghuo(Epimedii Folium)combined with radiotherapy has a significant clinical effect in treatment of malignant tumors with bone metastasis,which can reduce pain degree,improve quality of life,reduce bone damage of malignant tumors with bone metastasis and incidence of fractures,and is worthy of further clinical promotion.
