摘　　要：中医药在胃癌前病变(precancerous lesion of gastric cancer,PLGC)治疗上拥有悠久的历史,具有丰富的临床经验,能够有效延缓甚至逆转萎缩和肠上皮化生。该文系统论述了PLGC病名、病因病机、现代诊断、中医药治疗、中医实验研究、中医药临床结局评价方法。并对当前中医药在PLGC的诊疗从临床方面进行了归纳总结,提出现代中医药对PLGC研究的不足,以及未来中医药对PLGC研究亟待解决的问题。Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history and the rich experience in treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC),it can effectively delay and even reverse atrophy and intestinal metaplasia. This paper systematically reviews the name,etiology and pathogenesisi,modern diagnosis,traditional Chinese medicine treatment,Chinese medicine experimental study,evaluation methods of clinical outcomes in traditional Chinese medicine of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer. It also summarizes the current diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in PLGC from the clinic and points out deficiencies of the modern Chinese medicine in the research of PLGC,and the problems that need to be solved in the future TCM research.
