摘　　要：该文基于西北农林科技大学"卓越农林人才"培养目标,提出构建三位一体人才培养模式,建立"三层次、三结合"的实验教学体系,坚持以学生为主体,开发共享、多元动态教学方法和手段,注重成果示范导向,实现教学相长的农林高校经济管理类实验教学中心建设路径。Based on the training goal of "Outstanding agricultural and forestry talents" in Northwest A&F University, this paper proposes to construct a trinity talent training model and establish an experimental teaching system of "Three-levels and three-combinations", adhere to the student-centered principle, develop the sharing and diversified dynamic teaching methods and means, pay attention to the result-oriented demonstration direction and realize the construction path which benefits both teaching and learning for the economic management experimental teaching center in agricultural and forestry universities.
