校院两级管理体制改革下的实验技术队伍建设

摘　　要：随着"双一流"建设的持续推进,高校加快了管理体制改革的进程,不断完善大学治理体系,提升治理能力,这对高校实验技术队伍的建设提出了更高的要求。该文基于四川大学近年来实验技术队伍的建设与发展经历,剖析了高校校院两级管理体制改革对实验技术队伍建设产生的新影响,并就进一步加强队伍建设与发展提出了一些建议。With the continuous promotion of "Double first-class" construction, universities and colleges have accelerated the process of management system reform, constantly improve the university governance system and enhance the governance ability, which puts forward higher requirements for the construction of university experimental technical team. Based on the experience of construction and development of the experimental technical team in Sichuan University in recent years, this paper analyzes the new influence of the reform of university-college two-level management system on the construction of experimental technical team, and puts forward some suggestions for further strengthening the construction and development of experimental technical team.
