摘　　要：基于高校实验室安全文化建设对提升广大师生安全素质的重要作用,结合实验室安全管理实践,将传统文化中的道德文化、危机文化与现代文化中的科学文化相结合,积极探寻安全文化建设发展路径,多维度提升师生的安全素质,努力营造良好的实验室安全文化氛围,为培养更多具有良好安全素养的科技人才提供保障。Based on the important role of laboratory safety culture in improving the safety quality of teachers and students and combined with laboratory safety management practice, this paper actively explores upon the development path of safety culture construction by combining traditional culture with modern culture, improves the safety quality of teachers and students in multiple dimensions, and strives to create a good laboratory safety culture atmosphere, so as to provide the guarantee for training more scientific and technological talents with good safety literacy.
