摘　　要：目的评价PBL式营养指导在胆道闭锁护理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年3月—2019年3月深圳市儿童医院收治的胆道闭锁患儿50例,其中将25名接受PBL式营养指导的患儿作为观察组;另25名接受传统的营养指导的患儿作为对照组。比较两组的患儿家长满意评分、家长健康知识知晓率、家长的依从性差异。结果观察组患儿家长的依从性、满意度评分、健康相关知识知晓率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将PBL式营养指导应用于胆道闭锁护理中,可以提高患儿家长满意度、家长健康知识知晓率、家长的依从性,减少对疾病的恐惧及焦虑,对改善患儿预后具有重要意义,值得在临床护理及实际工作中推广使用。Objective To evaluate the effect of PBL nutritional guidance in the nursing of biliary atresia.Methods 50 children with biliary atresia admitted to Shenzhen Children′s Hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected.Among them,25 children received PBL nutritional guidance as the observation group,while 25 children received traditional nutritional guidance as the control group.The differences of parents′satisfaction,awareness of health knowledge and compliance between the two groups were compared.Results The scores of parents′satisfaction,parents′awareness of health knowledge and parents′compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL nutrition guidance in the nursing of biliary atresia can improve the parents′satisfaction score,the awareness rate of parents′health knowledge,the parents′compliance,and reduce the fear and anxiety of the disease.It is of great significance to improve the prognosis of the children.It is worth popularizing in clinical nursing and practical work.
