摘 要:目的研究CT引导下放射性粒子植入对乳腺癌骨转移患者血清糖类抗原153(CA153)、糖类抗原125(CA125)及癌胚抗原(CEA)水平的影响。方法回顾性分析焦作市第二人民医院2018年3月至2019年11月收治的75例乳腺癌骨转移患者的临床资料,所有患者均进行CT引导下放射性粒子植入治疗,统计所有患者治疗有效率、血清因子水平。结果治疗3个月后,治疗总有效率为61.34%;治疗后疼痛程度较治疗前轻(P<0.05);治疗3个月后患者的血清因子水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌骨转移患者经CT引导下放射性粒子植入治疗,可降低血清CEA、CA153、CA125水平,缓解疼痛感,有一定效果。Objective To study the effect of radioactive seed implantation under CT guidance on the levels of serum carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)in patients with breast cancer bone metastasis.Methods The clinical data of 75 patients with breast cancer with bone metastases admitted to Jiaozuo Second People's Hospital from March 2018 to November 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were treated with CT-guided radioactive seed implantation,the effective rate of treatment and the level of serum factor were calculated.Results After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of 75 patients was 77.33%,the degree of pain after treatment was lighter than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the level of serum factor after 3 months was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion CT-guided radioactive seed implantation can reduce the level of serum CEA,CA153 and CA125 and relieve pain in patients with breast cancer with bone metastasis.
