摘　　要：目的:观察针刺全息足部反射区结合小剂量帕罗西汀治疗焦虑症的临床疗效。方法:70例按随机数字表法分为两组各35例,两组均口服帕罗西汀片,治疗组加用针刺足部反射区。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组治疗后HAMA、SAS评分较对照组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论:针刺全息足部反射区结合帕罗西汀治疗焦虑症疗效较好,且不良反应少。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on the holographic foot reflecting region combined with low-dose paroxetine in the treatment of anxiety.Methods:Seventy cases were divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group,in accordance with the random number table.Both groups were taken orally with paroxetine tablets,and the treatment group were treated with acupuncture on the foot reflecting region in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The HAMA and SAS scores of the observation group decreased more significantly than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture on the holographic foot reflecting region combined with paroxetine has a better effect on anxiety,with fewer adverse reactions.
