中西药合用治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性渗出型临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察驻景丸加减方辅治年龄相关性黄斑变性(ARMD)渗出型的临床效果。方法:62例(81只眼)随机分为参照组(40只眼)与研究组(41只眼),两组均用西药,研究组加用驻景丸随症加减。结果:总有效率研究组95.12%、参照组75.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:驻景丸加减辅治ARMD确有良好的临床效果。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Zhujing Pills in adjuvant treatment of age-related macular degeneration(ARMD)of exudative type.Methods:Sixty-two cases(81 eyes)were randomly divided into a reference group(40 eyes)and a study group(41 eyes).Both groups were treated with western medicine,and the study group were treated with modified Zhujing Pills in addition.Results:The total effective rate was 95.12%in the study group and 75.00%in the reference group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Zhujing Pills has good clinical effect in adjuvant treatment of ARMD.
