摘 要:目的研究女性单侧上颌唇侧错位尖牙与矢状骨面型之间的关系,探讨女性上颌单侧唇侧错位尖牙患者的牙颌面形态特征。方法选出女性患者上颌单侧尖牙唇侧错位30例进行头颅定位侧位片的定点测量分析,将所测项目值与正常值比较。采用SPSS17.0对数据进行t检验。结果测量项目中,SNA、A'-Ptm'、ANS-Ptm、Wits值、L1-NB角中均小于正常值,而U1-SN角、U1-NA角大于正常值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论女性上颌单侧唇侧错位尖牙使上颌基骨矢状向发育不足,有Ⅲ类骨面型倾向。Objective:To investigate the relationship between unilateral maxillary labial malposed canines and sagittal facial type in female,and evaluate the dentofacial morphological characteristics of female with unilateral maxillary labial malposed canines.Methods:A total of 30 cases of unilateral maxillary labial malposed canines in female patients were selected,and their cephalometric films were measured and analyzed.SPSS17.0 was applied for t test.Results:SNA,A'-Ptm',ANS-Ptm,Wits and L1-NB were smaller than the normal value,U1-NA and U1-NA were greater than the normal value in groups.Conclusion:The unilateral maxillary labial malposed canines of female might result in short maxillary basal bone,and tends to be ClassⅢfacial type.
