摘 要:目的:探讨六重管理法在急诊科管理中的实施效果。方法:选取急诊科医生16名,护理人员20名,以2019年3-8月急诊科未实行六重管理法为对照组,2019年9月-2020年3月实施六重管理法为研究组,均随机选取研究期间急诊抢救和留观患者280例,比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组护理人员发生护理差错率、护理意外率及护理投诉率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组医生满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:六重管理法在急诊科管理中的实施效果较好,有助于降低医疗风险,提高医护工作配合满意度,全面提升护理质量与管理水平。Objective:To explore the effect of six-tier management method in the management of emergency department.Methods:16 emergency doctors and 20 nurses were selected.The emergency department did not implement the six-tier management method from March to August 2019 as the control group,and the six-tier management method was implemented as the study group from September 2019 to March 2020.280 emergency rescue and observation patients were randomly selected during the study period,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The nursing error rate,nursing accident rate and nursing complaint rate in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The satisfaction rate of doctors in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The implementation effect of the six-tier management method in the management of emergency department is good,which is helpful to reduce the medical risk,improve the satisfaction of medical cooperation,and improve the nursing quality and management level in an all-round way.
