运动员文化课教学中德育渗透的途径和原则

摘　　要：运动员文化课教学中的德育渗透,是建设体育强国的客观要求,也是践行“立德树人”根本任务的必然结果,还是新时代公民道德建设的基本要求。在德育渗透中,德育课程与其他课程要同向同行,知识讲授和道德教化齐头并进;重构教学设计和教学评价,使德育渗透贯穿运动员文化教学的全过程;充分利用信息化技术,实现线上线下混合式德育渗透;大力推进体教融合,实现学校和运动队协同育人。同时,德育渗透要突出运动员主体地位,坚持科学引导和循序渐进,贴近运动员的真实生活,并解决运动员的实际问题,增强教育的实效性。Moral education infiltration in athletes’culture education is the requirement of building China into a sports powerhouse,strengthening moral education and citizen moral construction in the new era.In this process,moral education courses and other courses should go in the same direction.Teachers should reconstruct teaching design and teaching evaluation to make moral education cover the whole process.Information technology can be made full use of to make moral infiltration both online and offline.Schools and sports teams also have to work together to educate athletes.At the same time,moral education should highlight the dominant position of athletes,insist scientific guidance,get close to athletes’real life,and solve their actual problems to enhance the effectiveness of education.
