触地时间参数在高水平跨栏训练中的应用研究

摘　　要：研究目的是通过跨栏专有的触地时间指标来科学监测跨栏项目分段计时成绩,探究触地时间参数对跨栏项目运动员竞技能力表现的重要意义。提倡跨栏项目应用触地时间参数来科学地指导运动训练和比赛。研究方法采用文献资料法、视频解析法、观察法和访谈法。研究结论:1.触地时间参数是跨栏项目专有的关键技术指标,对跨栏项目运动能力表现评价具有重要的指导意义。2.触地时间参数采集方式简单,统计分析快速,适用于跨栏专项技术训练对高水平运动员即时性运动能力监控和评价的要求。3.跨栏项目中将起跨触地时间和落地触地时间作为分段计时和关键时相,可以获得分段时间、分段速度、腾空时间和腾空速度、上栏时间和下栏时间等关键运动能力参数。4.统计触地时间参数,有助于跨栏项目运动员制定训练内容,调整训练计划,改变比赛策略和检验训练成果。5.统计触地时间参数,有利于跨栏项目数据信息的反馈和阶段总结工作。6.收集和统计触地时间参数,有利于丰富跨栏项目的运动技术数据库,为建立我国优秀跨栏运动员模型奠定大数据基础。The purpose of this study is to scientifically monitor the time performance of hurdle events by using the specific touchdown time index,and to explore the significance of touchdown time parameters on the performance of hurdle athletes’competitive ability.It is suggested that the touchdown time should be used to guide the training and competition scientifically.The research methods are literature review,video analysis,observation and interview.Research conclusions:1.Touchdown time parameter is the key technical index of hurdle,which has important guiding significance for the performance evaluation of hurdle sports ability.2.The collection method of touchdown time parameters is simple and the statistical analysis is fast,which is suitable for the requirements of real-time sports ability monitoring and evaluation of high-level athletes in hurdle special technical training.3.Taking the time of landing and landing as the key time phase,we can get the key parameters of sports ability,such as the time of stepping,the speed of stepping,the time of taking off and the speed of taking off,the time of getting on and getting off the hurdle.4.Statistics of touchdown time parameters can help hurdlers to make training content,adjust training plan,change competition strategy and test training results.5.Statistics of touchdown time parameters is conducive to the data feedback and stage summary of hurdle.6.Collection and statistics of touchdown time parameters is conducive to enrich the sports technology database of hurdle events,and lay a big data foundation for the establishment of China’s excellent hurdler model.
