摘　　要：本文运用文献资料法、对比分析法和综述法等科研方法,系统分析和论述了国内外有关跳远运动技术的研究现状及其研究成果,研究结果表明:目前国内外关于跳远运动技术的研究文献大都集中在助跑最后两步的技术环节、踏板和起跳关键环节、跑跳结合的技术环节等,这些研究结果对跳远的关键技术阶段的论述比较科学,并具有较好的参考性和实用价值。但很少有对跳远技术全程进行针对性研究的成果,建议后续的学者多对跳远技术的全程运动特征进行全面性的分析和研究。By using the methods of literature,comparative analysis and review,this paper systematically analyzes and discusses the research status and achievements of the long jump skills at home and abroad.The research results show that the current research literature of the long jump skills at home and abroad mainly focuses on the last two steps of the run-up technical links,the pedal and take-off key links,the technical links of the combination of run and jump.The results of these studies are more scientific to discuss the key technical stage of long jump,and have better reference and practical value.However,there are few research results in the whole process of long jump skills.It is suggested that the follow-up scholars should conduct a comprehensive analysis and research on the whole process movement characteristics of long jump skills.
