首届全国体育院校体操锦标赛女子单杠决赛完成情况分析  

Analysis on Women’s Horizontal Bar Final in the First National Sport Colleges Gymnastics Championship

摘　　要：通过文献资料法、录像观察法和数理统计法等研究方法,对首届全国体育院校体操女子单杠决赛前八名运动员技术动作完成情况进行分析,为体操教师提高教学质量提供参考。比赛中运动员在完成支撑类动作时,出现蹬腿摆越不充分、上体挺身不充分;完成摆越、转体类动作时出现移动重心不充分、屈髋、勾脚尖;完成回环类动作时,出现后倒速度较慢、屈髋、双腿制动不及时等;完成弧形类动作时容易出现后倒速度较慢、屈臂、送髋不明显、不及时引杠,导致弧线“低、沉、短”的现象。Through the research methods of literature,video observation and mathematical statistics,this paper analyzes the completion of the technical movements of the top eight athletes in the women’s horizontal bar finals of gymnastics in the First National Sport Colleges Gymnastics Championship,and provides a reference for gymnastics teachers to improve their teaching quality.The results show that while the athletes completing the supporting movements,they have insufficient pedaling and lifting of the upper body;insufficient moving center of gravity,insufficient flexion of the hip and hook the tip of the foot in loop actions;and when completing arc-shaped movements,it is easy to have slow backward speed,unobvious arm bending,hip sending and untimely bar leading,which leads to“low,heavy and short”arc.
