脑血疏口服液联合丙戊酸钠预防创伤性癫痫的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察脑血疏口服液联合丙戊酸钠预防创伤性癫痫发作的临床效果。方法收集2018年12月至2020年2月保定市第一中心医院因外伤致颅脑损伤由急诊收治的160例患者临床资料。采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各80例。对照组给予营养神经、脱水、预防性应用丙戊酸钠及支持疗法。试验组在对照组治疗的基础上加用口服或鼻饲脑血疏口服液,观察两组患者早期、晚期癫痫发作情况及不良反应情况。结果两组患者早期癫痫发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组晚期癫痫发生率比较,试验组患者癫痫发作率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑血疏口服液联合丙戊酸钠预防创伤性癫痫方面,优于单独使用丙戊酸钠,并可降低晚期癫痫事件发生,值得在临床上进一步普及推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Naoxueshu Oral Liquid combined with sodium valproate in preventing traumatic epilepsy.Methods The clinical data of 160 patients with traumatic craniocerebral injury admitted to Baoding No.1 Central Hospital by emergency treatment from December 2018 to February 2020 were collected.They were divided into the experimental group(n=80)and the control group(n=80)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with trophic nerve,dehydration,preventive application of sodium valproate and supportive therapy,while the experimental group was treated with Naoxueshu Oral Liquid orally or nasally on the basis of the control group.And the epileptic seizures of the two groups were observed.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of early epilepsy seizures between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Comparing the incidences of late epilepsy seizures between the two groups,the incidence of epilepsy seizure in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Naoxueshu Oral Liquid combined with sodium valproate is superior to sodium valproate alone in preventing traumatic epilepsy and can reduce the occurrence of late epilepsy events.Therefore,it is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
