牙周整复术在口腔修复患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析牙周整复术在口腔修复患者中的应用效果。方法:2019年2月-2020年4月收治口腔修复患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用常规治疗;观察组采用牙周整复术治疗。比较两组外观满意度评分和功能满意度评分、治疗总有效率、牙龈萎缩率。结果:观察组治疗后外观满意度评分和功能满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组牙龈萎缩率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:牙周整复术治疗对于口腔修复的治疗效果确切,可有效提高治疗效果,提高患者对于外观和功能的满意度,并减少牙龈萎缩的发生率。Objective:To analyze the effect of periodontal repair in patients with oral restoration.Methods:From February 2019 to April 2020,80 patients with oral restoration were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment.The observation group was treated with periodontal repair.The scores of appearance satisfaction and functional satisfaction,the total effective rate of treatment and the rate of gingival atrophy were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of appearance satisfaction and functional satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of gingival atrophy in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Periodontal repair is effective in oral restoration,which can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,improve patients'satisfaction with appearance and function,and reduce the incidence of gingival atrophy.
