铝碳酸镁联合胃炎康胶囊治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨铝碳酸镁联合胃炎康胶囊治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效。方法在我院2018年4月至2019年10月诊治的胆汁反流性胃炎患者中选出144例为对象,根据治疗方法分组:对照组患者应用铝碳酸镁治疗,观察组患者应用铝碳酸镁联合胃炎康胶囊治疗,对比两组患者的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率以及血管活性肠肽水平(VIP)、IL-6水平、胃泌素水平、胃动素水平、胃酸分泌量、胆酸量。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.22%,高于对照组的治疗总有效率(86.11%)(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率5.56%低于对照组的不良反应发生率(18.06%)(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的VIP、IL-6以及胃泌素水平均低于对照组,且胃液中胆酸量和胃酸分泌量均低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组胃动素水平高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论铝碳酸镁联合胃炎康胶囊在胆汁反流性胃炎患者中应用效果肯定,有助于改善胃肠激素水平,降低VIP、IL-6水平,减少胃内胆酸量和胃酸分泌,促进患者康复。Objective To discuss and analyze the efficacy of magnesium-aluminum carbonate combined with Weiyankang Capsules in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis.Methods A total of 144 patients with bile reflux gastritis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 2018 to October 2019 were selected as subjects and grouped according to the treatment method.Patients in the control group were treated with magnesium-aluminum carbonate,and patients in the observation group were treated with magnesium-aluminum carbonate combined with Weiyankang Capsules.The total effective rate of the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions,and the levels of vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP),IL-6,gastrin,and motilin,gastric acid secretion,the amount of bile acid between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.22%,which was higher than the total effective rate of 86.11%in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 5.56%,lower than that of the control group(18.06%)(P<0.05).The VIP,IL-6,and gastrin levels of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the amount of bile acid and gastric acid secretion in the gastric juice were lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).The motilin level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The magnesium-aluminum carbonate,combined with Weiyankang Capsules,positively affects patients with bile reflux gastritis.It helps to improve gastrointestinal hormone levels,reduce VIP and IL-6 levels,reduce the amount of bile acid and gastric acid secretion in the stomach,and promote patients′recovery.
