摘 要:以液压挖掘机工作装置为研究对象,建立其运动学和动力学理论模型。采用多体机械系统仿真软件对工作装置进行运动学和动力学仿真分析,得到各杆件之间铰接点的位移与速度曲线,以及各杆件上各铰接点的受力变化曲线。通过分析铰接点的受力变化曲线,得出各铰接点的受力变化规律,为液压挖掘机工作装置的设计和研究提供理论依据,对提升挖掘机的工作效能和可靠性具有实际意义。Taking the working device of the hydraulic excavator as the research object,the theoretical models of kinematics and dynamics for the working device were established.The kinematics and dynamics simulation analyses for the working device were carried out by using the multi-body mechanical system simulation software,the displacement and speed curve of the hinge point between the members were obtained,and the force change curves of the hinge point on each member were obtained.By analyzing the force change curve of the hinge points,the force change laws of each hinge point were obtained.It provides a theoretical basis for the design and research of the working device of the hydraulic excavator,and has practical significance for improving the working efficiency and reliability of the excavator.
