摘 要:数控车床的加工过程是一个非常复杂的过程,由于初学者不具备相关经验,其操作过程也不够严谨,很容易导致机床设备被损害,所以初学的学生在进行数控车床加工的实习时,教师需要针对其个人状况制定出针对性较强的教学方案,以此来对学生进行干预,提升其技能操作的规范性。除此之外教师还需要针对数控车床加工过程中可能会出现的一些故障问题给出相应的解决措施,以此来提升学生的实践经验和操作能力。本文主要结合学生的数控车床加工实习状况展开了分析,着重研究了教师在数控车床加工实习教学中可能出现的故障问题及其规范性解决办法,希望能为相关研究提供理论依据。CNC lathe processing process is a very complex process,because beginners do not have relevant experience,its operation process is not rigorous enough,it is easy to cause damage to the machine tool equipment,so the novice students in the NC lathe processing practice,teachers need to develop a strong targeted teaching plan for their personal situation,in order to intervene in the students To improve the standardization of their skill operation.In addition,teachers also need to give corresponding solutions to some problems that may appear in the process of CNC lathe processing,so as to improve students'practical experience and operation ability.This paper mainly analyzes the status of students'NC lathe processing practice,and focuses on the fault problems and normative solutions that teachers may have in the NC lathe processing practice teaching,hoping to provide a theoretical basis for related research.
