绘画治疗对吸毒人员行为矫正的有效性研究——以海南省三亚强制隔离戒毒所为例

摘　　要：为了帮助吸毒者更有效地戒掉毒瘾,通过采用《毒品复吸高危量表》中文修订版作为对被强制戒毒人员心理健康诊断工具,将量表中的线索引诱、强迫性、孤独无聊、含无助感的负面情绪四个维度作为分析戒毒有效性的指标,选择海南省三亚强制隔离戒毒所100名被强制戒毒人员作为被试者,进行为期4个月的绘画疗法实验。通过实验组的前测和后测以及实验组与对照组的数据对比,得出结论为:绘画疗法作为一种能较好展现来访者内心的方法,它不仅可以用来测试被强制戒毒人员的心理健康状况,而且还可以达到改善被强制戒毒人员的心理健康状况、矫正被强制戒毒人员行为等效果。In order to help drug addicts to rehabilitate effectively,a four-month painting therapy experiment has been conducted by taking the Chinese revision of Drug Relapse High-risk Scale as the diagnostic tool for mental health,and 100 forced addicts from Drug Rehabilitation Center of Sanya of Hainan as the subjects.Meanwhile,clues to seduce,compulsivity,lonliness and depression are the four dimensions applied as the indicators.Comparison between the testing data before and after the experiment and of the experimental group and the controlled group shows that painting therapy can better reveal the visitor’s inner world so that it can be used to test and improve the mental health status of the forced addicts,and to effectively modify their behavior.
