五苓散证的里热病机探讨

摘　　要：本文通过对五苓散组方药物药性分析、条文主症解析、类方鉴别并结合临床验案分析,得出五苓散证的病机除有表证未解,小便不利,内有水饮内停外,还存在里热,这对临床辨证论治具有较好的指导意义。Through the analysis of the drug properties,the analysis of the main symptoms,the identification of the types of prescriptions and the analysis of clinical cases of Wuling powder,it is concluded that besides the unsolved superficies syndrome,dysuria,and fluid retention syndrome,the pathogenesis of Wuling powder also inludes internal heat,which has a good guiding significance for clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.
