摘  要:以树龄8年,长势基本一致的灵武长枣为供试品种,以定向施用不同肥料(灌中宝、Azomite)为试验组,清水为对照,测定灵武长枣枣吊长度、产量及果实中的可滴定酸、维生素C和可溶性固形物等的质量分数,并进行感官评价,研究定向施用不同肥料(灌中宝、Azomite)和低温低压静电场对灵武长枣贮藏保鲜效果的影响。结果表明:定向施用灌中宝可提高枣果实的单果质量和坐果率,较CK分别提高62.81%和72.16%;定向施用Azomite对枣吊抽长生长促进作用最大,枣吊抽长净生长量较CK增长了16.11%。在低温LEVF整个贮藏过程中,定向施用灌中宝枣果实贮藏70 d,枣果实硬度降低13.39%、Vc和TSS含量分别减少14.53%和0.92%、失重率维持在5%以下,且整个贮藏过程中枣果实一直保持较好的感官评价,好果率可达72%以上。定向施肥均不同程度优化了枣果实的外观和营养品质,在低温静电场条件下,定向施用灌冲宝贮藏效果最佳,本研究可为灵武长枣提质增效和贮藏保鲜提供理论依据。Lingwu Changzao jujube,which is 8 years old and has basically the same growth trend,was used as the test variety.Field trials were conducted and the application of clear water in the soil was used as a control to determine the Lingwu Changzao jujube’s lifting,yield and titratable acids and vitamins in fruits.The content of Vitmine C and soluble solids,etc.,and sensory evaluation were conducted to study the effects of different fertilizers(Guanzhongbao and Azomite)and low-temperature and low-voltage electrostatic fields on the yield and storage quality of Lingwu Changzao.Compared with the control,the soil application of Guanzhongbao and Azomite increased the single fruit weight and fruit setting rate of the jujube fruit,and promoted the growth of the jujube hanging pumping,but the effect on the yield was not obvious.Nutritional quality.Throughout the storage process,low-temperature LEVF treatment can effectively inhibit the decrease in firmness of jujube fruit,the consumption of titratable acid and the degradation of soluble solids,reduce the weight loss rate of jujube fruit,and maintain the good fruit rate of the fruit.Among them,the content of vitamin C and soluble solids in the fruit of Guanzhongbao was the highest,the content of titratable acid was the lowest,and the flavor was the best.It could provide a scientific basis for the quality and efficiency improvement and preservation of Lingwu Changzao jujube in Ningxia.
