神经系统疾病患者个体化肠内营养的研究进展

摘　　要：神经系统疾病患者常因意识障碍、认知功能障碍、神经功能受损等引起吞咽困难或无法配合进食,从而伴发营养问题,营养支持十分必要。而随着临床研究的不断深入,营养支持也从传统1种辅助手段逐渐转化成为1种治疗方式,神经系统疾病患者营养支持治疗也逐渐呈现出个体化的特征趋势。肠内营养作为营养支持治疗中十分重要的种类之一,近年来愈加得到临床工作者的重视,合理的个体化肠内营养支持治疗对减少神经系统疾病患者并发症的发生、改善患者临床结局起着至关重要的作用。但目前对于肠内营养的评估、喂养途径、喂养时机以及喂养量及底物的选择仍存在一定的争议,本文就神经系统疾病患者,特别是神经重症患者的个体化肠内营养支持治疗做相关综述。Patients with neurological diseases often suffer from dysphagia or inability to cooperate with food due to consciousness disorder,cognitive dysfunction,nerve dysfunction,etc,and thus suffer from nutritional problems.Nutritional support is very necessary.With the deepening of clinical research,nutritional support has gradually transformed from a traditional auxiliary means into a treatment method,and nutritional support therapy for patients with neurological diseases has also gradually presented a personalized characteristic trend.Enteral nutrition,as one of the most important types of nutritional support treatment,has attracted more and more attention from clinical workers in recent years.Reasonable individualized enteral nutrition support treatment plays a vital role in reducing the occurrence of complications in patients with nervous system diseases and improving the clinical outcome of patients.However,there are still some controversies about the evaluation of enteral nutrition,feeding way,feeding timing,amount of feeding and the selection of substrates.This article reviews the individualized enteral nutrition support treatment for patients with nervous system diseases,especially for patients with severe neurologic diseases.
