游离保留与非游离保留SMAS术对腮腺肿瘤术后复发和预防Frey综合征的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨游离保留与非游离保留面部表浅肌肉腱膜系统(SMAS)术对腮腺肿瘤术后复发和预防Frey综合征的影响。方法回顾性选择我院进行腮腺肿瘤手术患者120例的病历资料,游离组63例采用游离保留SMAS术,非游离组57例采用非游离保留SMAS术,比较Frey综合征的发病和肿瘤术后复发情况。结果非游离组Frey综合征发病(14.04%和17.54%)高于游离组(3.17%和4.76%),有差异(P<0.05)。非游离组术后2年复发率19.30%高于游离组6.35%,有差异(P<0.05)。结论与非游离比,游离保留SMAS术可降低腮腺肿瘤术后复发,预防Frey综合征。Objective To investigate the effect of free and non free sparing SMAS on recurrence and prevention of Frey’s syndrome in parotid gland tumors.Methods 120 cases of parotid gland tumor surgery in our hospital were retrospectively selected.63 cases in the free group were treated with free sparing SMAS,while 57 cases in the non free group were treated with non free sparing SMAS.The incidence of Frey syndrome and the recurrence of tumor after operation were compared.Results The incidence of Frey syndrome in non free group(14.04%and 17.54%)was higher than that in free group(3.17%and 4.76%)(P<0.05).The 2-year recurrence rate of non free group was 19.30%,which was higher than that of free group(6.35%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with non free SMAS,free sparing SMAS can reduce postoperative recurrence of parotid tumor and prevent Frey syndrome.
