摘　　要：通过第三方评估为高等教育质量提供外部保障一直是我国理论、政策和实践共同关注的重点问题。文章按照教育机制理论的基本观点,从主体关系和运行机制两方面梳理总结了我国高等教育第三方评估机制的研究进展。认为目前相关研究在整体认识和方向上正日趋成熟,但在具体操作层面又显得主题过于集中,且原则性讨论居多,详细阐述较少。还需进一步立足国情细化分析问题,面向未来迎接人工智能挑战。The third-party evaluation of higher education has always been the focus of theoretical research and practice in China.According to the basic view of educational mechanism theory,this paper summarizes from two aspects:subject relationship and operational mechanism.At present,the relevant research is becoming more and more mature in the overall understanding and direction.But in the specific operation level,it appears that the theme is too centralized,the principle is mostly discussed,and the detailed elaboration is less.It is also necessary to further analyze problems based on national conditions and meet the challenges of artificial intelligence in the future.
