摘　　要：现代学徒制人才培养模式在我国高职院校中得到迅速地推广试点,引起了社会各界和职业教育从业人员的高度关注。现代学徒制要求职业院校和社会企业相互合作,发挥各自优势,共同参与到技术技能型人才的培养过程中,真正达到产教融合的目的。文章就现代学徒制在具体推广实施中将会遇到问题和困难展开讨论,研究如何进一步提高现代学徒制的试点效果,并在实际教学中取得较好的效果,期望给同行以参考。The modern apprenticeship training model has been rapidly promoted and piloted in my country's higher vocational colleges,which has attracted great attention from all walks of life and vocational education practitioners.The modern apprenticeship system requires vocational colleges and social enterprises to cooperate with each other,give full play to their respective advantages,and jointly participate in the training process of technically skilled talents,so as to truly achieve the goal of integrating production and education.The article discusses the problems and difficulties encountered in the implementation of modern apprenticeship,and studies how to further improve the pilot effect of modern apprenticeship,and achieve better results in actual teaching.It is hoped that it will be used as a reference for colleagues.
