摘 要:目的分析3D打印定制化钛缺损替代物修复的下颌骨在不同加载状态下的应力分布情况及特点。方法螺旋CT扫描正常下颌骨,CAD软件模拟左侧下颌骨体部部分缺损,设计定制化钛缺损替代物加以修复,模拟不同咬合状态并进行有限元建模和应力分析。结果成功建立替代物修复的下颌骨有限元模型。分析结果表明:模拟正中、前伸、侧方咬合时,应力在下颌骨不同部位呈不均匀分布,替代物能有效传导应力,在双侧髁突前斜面应力分布呈现明显不对称,替代物的体部和固定板交界处出现较明显的应力集中。结论下颌骨在3种工况下的应力分布基本一致,但髁突受力具有较明显差异性,实验结果可以作为以后优化设计定制化替代物的借鉴和参考。Objective To analyze the stress distribution and features of mandible repaired by 3 D printed customized titanium defect substitute under different loading modes.Methods The normal mandible was scanned by spiral CT.The body part defect of left mandible was simulated by CAD software.The customized titanium substitute was designed to repair the defect and different occlusal states were simulated.Finite element modeling and stress analysis were carried out.Results The finite element model of mandible repaired by substitute was successfully established.It was shown in the analysis results that the stress distribution in different parts of the mandible was not uniform in the simulation of midline,protrusion and lateral occlusion,and stress could be effectively conducted in substitutes.Obvious asymmetry was shown by the stress distribution on the anterior slope of bilateral condyles.There was obvious stress concentration at the junction between the body part of the substitute and the fixing plate.Conclusion The stress distribution of mandible under three working conditions is basically the same.However,there were significant differences in condylar stress.The experimental results can be used as a reference for future optimization design of customized substitutes in the future.
