摘  要:随着社会发展,磁被广泛用于交通运输、国防军事、移动通信、医药卫生等各个领域。近年来有学者将磁研究重点转移到对全身系统的影响上,包括淋巴系统、心血管系统、神经系统等,并发现磁场可能是骨组织疾病的一种潜在治疗方法。磁场对软骨细胞、软骨病变和软骨缺损的修复有积极影响,并参与骨组织中主要细胞和常见骨病的骨重建过程。因此,探讨磁场与机体相互作用的机制可为磁场作为软骨和骨相关疾病的辅助治疗提供理论依据。未来应进一步探究磁场暴露的最适条件,进行更多前瞻性研究,为磁场的广泛应用提供依据。With the development of society,magnetism is widely used in transportation,national defense and military,mobile communication,medicine and health and other fields.In recent years,some scholars focus on the impact of magnetic research on the whole body system,including the lymphatic system,cardiovascular system,nervous system,and so on.It is found that magnetic field might be a potential treatment for bone diseases.Magnetic field has a positive effect on the repair of chondrocytes,cartilage lesions and cartilage defects,and participates in the process of bone reconstruction of main cells in bone tissue and common bone diseases.Therefore,to explore the physical mechanism of the interaction between magnetic field and body can provide a theoretical basis for the adjuvant treatment of cartilage and bone related diseases.In the future,the optimal conditions of magnetic field exposure should be further explored,and more prospective randomized studies should be coducted,to provide a basis for the wide application of magnetic field.
