摘　　要：围手术期神经认知功能障碍(PND)是围手术期常见的中枢神经系统并发症,严重影响患者的生活及预后,但其发病机制尚不明确,且缺乏有效预防及治疗手段。而外周炎症的始发作用、外周炎症通过中枢神经系统屏障结构及中枢神经炎症的发生在PND的发生中具有重要作用。目前,中枢神经系统炎症反应对认知功能的影响越来越受到人们的重视,越来越多的科研人员开始关注这一问题。未来,通过进一步研究中枢神经炎症在PND发生中的作用,能为PND的诊断及治疗提供新思路。Perioperative neurocognitive disorders(PND)is a common complication of central nervous system,which seriously affects the life and prognosis of patients,but its pathogenesis is not clear,and there is no effective prevention and treatment.However,the initiation of peripheral inflammation,the passage of peripheral inflammation through the central nervous system barrier structure and the occurrence of central nervous inflammation play important roles in the development of PND.At present,the effects of neuroinflammation on cognitive function has attracted more and more people’s attention,and more and more researchers are beginning to pay attention to this issue.In the future,it can provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of PND by further studying the role of neuroinflammation in PND.
