摘  要:抑郁症动物模型建立是抑郁症基础研究的重要部分。常用的动物为啮齿动物,常见的模型制备方法有4种。应激造模成本低廉、操作简便、结果可靠,但不能较好地体现出抑郁患者的核心症状且易受实验动物品系和周围环境影响;药物造模造模时间短,但动物死亡率高且存在一定不良反应;手术造模模型稳定性好,但制备过程复杂;遗传造模构建有效性良好,但价格昂贵且实际应用受限。现代抑郁症模型多是基于对处于发育阶段或成年期啮齿类动物暴露环境的控制或基因缺失等生物学基础的控制。未来动物模型的研究应针对抑郁症发病因素进行设计,将表观遗传调控以及其他外周诊断视为研究和干预的重要候选目标,可利用多种动物模型对其表达和活性进行交叉比较。The establishment of animal models of depression is an important part of basic research on depression.Commonly used animals are rodents,and there are 4 common methods for preparing models.Stress modeling is low-cost,easy to operate,and reliable,but it cannot better reflect the core symptoms of depressed patients and is easily affected by the strains of experimental animals and the surrounding environment;drug modeling requires a short time,but the animal mortality rate is high and there are certain adverse reactions;the surgical modeling is stable,but the preparation process is complicated;the genetic modeling is effective,but it is expensive and the practical application is limited.Modern depression models are mostly based on the control of the exposure environment of rodents in the developmental stage or adult stage,or the control of biological basis such as gene deletion.Future research on the animal models should be designed for the pathogenic factors of depression,and epigenetic regulation and other peripheral diagnosis should be regarded as important candidates for the research and intervention.A variety of animal models can be used for cross-comparison of their expression and activity.
