摘　　要：口腔修复对调节患者口腔咬合、提高咀嚼效率、维护人体牙颌系统稳定性等具有重要意义,现已成为临床研究的重点。纤维桩修复因具有较好的机械特性成为近年广泛应用的口腔修复方法。预成纤维桩应用于口腔修复具有一定优势,可在一定程度上改善患者咀嚼功能,提高修复成功率及患者满意度,应用价值较高。但预成纤维桩应用于口腔修复也存在一定的局限性,对患者牙周健康及咬合力等方面的影响还存在争议,未来仍是关注与研究的重点。Oral prosthesis plays an important role in regulating the occlusion,improving the masticatory efficiency and maintaining the stability of the human dental system,which has become a focus of the clinical research.Fiber post prosthesis has been widely used in recent years due to its good mechanical properties.The application of preformed fiber post in prosthodontics has certain advantages,which can improve the masticatory function of the patients,improve the success rate of repair and the satisfaction degree of the patients to a certain extent,showing a high application value.However,there are some limitations in the application of preformed fiber post in oral restoration,and its impact on periodontal health and bite force of the patients is still controversial,which is still the main point of attention and research in the future.
