摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜联合结肠镜在治疗老年结直肠肿瘤患者方面的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年8月~2019年9月本院收治的128例老年结直肠肿瘤患者进行探讨分析,将128例老年结直肠肿瘤患者随机分为对照组与研究组,每组64例,对照组采用腹腔镜手术治疗,研究组采用腹腔镜联合结肠镜手术治疗,比较两组手术的手术时间、术中出血量、引流时间、住院时间。结果:两组手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组术中出血量少于对照组(t=12.869,P<0.05),引流时间少于对照组(t=16.911,P<0.05)、住院时间少于对照组(t=16.342,P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论:腹腔镜联合结肠镜手术在老年结直肠肿瘤患者治疗方面的应用效果确切,能有效减轻手术创伤,促进患者术后早日康复。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopy combined with colonoscopy in the treatment of elderly patients with colorectal tumors.Methods:A total of 128 elderly patients with colorectal tumors treated in our hospital from August 2018 to September 2019 were selected for analysis.These 128 elderly patients with colorectal tumors were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 64 patients in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopy.The study group was treated with laparoscopy and colonoscopy.The surgical time,intraoperative blood loss,drainage time,and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The intraoperative blood loss in the study group was less than that in the control group(t=12.869,P<0.05),and the drainage time was shorter than that in the control group(t=16.911,P<0.05),the length of hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group(t=16.342,P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:Laparoscopy combined with colonoscopy is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with colorectal tumors.It can effectively reduce surgical trauma and promote early recovery of patients.
