血栓弹力图在老年脑梗死患者凝血状态监测中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究在老年脑梗死患者凝血状态检测中应用血栓弹力图的价值。方法:回顾性选取2018年12月~2020年12月本院神经内科接收老年脑梗死患者50例作为研究对象(观察组),并择取同期来本院进行体检的老年健康人士50例作为参照对象(对照组),对两组对象均进行血常规以及血栓弹力图检查,对比两组对象凝血指标数据、血栓弹力图指标数据。结果:凝血指标中,两组对象APTT、PT、PLT、TT值对比,P>0.05;但观察组纳入对象Fbg、D-D水平高于对照组,P<0.05。血栓弹力图检查中,观察组纳入对象Angle角、G、MA值均大于对照组,但K值、R值小于对照组,P<0.05。结论:对老年脑梗死患者凝血状态应用血栓弹力图进行监测效果显著,可有效反应患者血凝状况,为临床诊治提供科学依据。Objective:To explore the value of thromboelastography in the detection of coagulation state in elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:From December 2018 to December 2020,50 cases of elderly patients with cerebral infarction in the Department of Neurology of our hospital were selected as the research objects(observation group),and 50 cases of elderly healthy people who came to our hospital for physical examination in the same period were selected as the reference objects(control group)The index data are analyzed.Results:The APTT,PT,PLT and TT values of the two groups were compared(P>0.05),but the Fbg and D-D levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).In thromboelastography,the Angle,G and MA values of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,but the K and R values were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of thromboelastography in monitoring the coagulation state of elderly patients with cerebral infarction has significant effect,which can effectively reflect the coagulation state of patients and provide scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
