摘　　要：为了研究探讨血清25-(OH)D通过巨噬细胞自我吞噬对自身免疫功能的调节对AD是否存在影响;通过反相高效液相色谱荧光检测法检测入选人员的血清25-(OH)D的水平,同时观察AD的变化,结果进一步论证了血清25-(OH)D通过巨噬细胞自我吞噬对自身免疫功能的调节对AD发生发展是有较大影响的.To investigate whether serum 25-(OH)D regulates autoimmune function through macrophage autophagy,and whether it has an effect on AD,25-(OH)D level in serum of the selected subjects was detected by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography fluorescence detection,and AD changes were observed at the same time.The results further demonstrated that the regulation of serum 25-(OH)-D on immune function through macrophage autophagy has a great influence on the occurrence and development of AD.
