摘　　要：微观层面法人治理能否有效运行,是国有企业混合所有制改革能否成功的关键。因此,如何建立健全各司其职、各负其责、协调运转、有效制衡的法人治理结构,如何将党的领导融入公司治理,充分发挥党组织把方向、管大局、保落实的作用,是国有企业和民营企业融合的重要因素。针对混改企业公司治理普遍存在的问题进行阐述,并结合电力勘察企业实际,研究优化混改企业公司治理的措施。The effective operation of corporate governance at the micro level is the key to the success of the stateowned enterprises mixed ownership reform.Therefore,how to establish and improve the corporate governance structure with each performing his or her own duties,coordinating the operation and effective balances,and how to integrate the party's leadership into corporate governance to give full play to the role of the party organization in the direction,overall management and implementation are very important for the mixing of state-owned and private ownership.This paper is to discuss the common problems in the corporate governance of enterprises with mixed ownership reform,and study the measures to optimize the corporate governance of enterprises with mixed ownership reform in combination with the actual situation of electric power survey enterprises.
