摘  要:目的探讨细胞质分裂调控蛋白1(Protein regulator of cytokinesis1,PRC1)在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)的表达及意义。方法利用Oncomine、癌症细胞系百科全书(CCLE)和Kaplan-Meier Plotter三种数据库分析PRC1基因在NSCLC组织中的表达、肺癌细胞系中的表达和肺癌患者预后生存分析。结果在Oncomine数据库中共检索出关于PRC1在NSCLC组织和正常组织中表达的研究有12项,共有774个样本,与正常对照组相比,PRC1在NSCLC组织中表达呈增高状态(P<0.05);CCLE分析显示PRC1在NSCLC细胞系中也呈高表达;Kaplan-Meier Plotter数据库分析结果显示高表达PRC1的NSCLC患者的总体生存率较低表达PCR1降低,进一步分组后发现PRC1高表达的肺腺癌患者生存时间有所下降,而对鳞癌患者的生存期无明显影响。结论PRC1在NSCLC组织中表达增高,且与NSCLC患者的预后具有显著相关性。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Protein regulator of cytokinesis1(PRC1)in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods The expression of PRC1 gene in NSCLC tissue and lung cancer cell line,and the prognosis of PCR1 for lung cancer patients were analyzed by using Oncomine,Cancer Cell Encyclopedia(CCLE)and survival analysis tool Kaplan-Meier Plotter database.Results There were 12 studies on the expression of PRC1 in NSCLC and normal tissues including 774 samples in Oncomine,compared with the normal control group,the expression of PRC1 in NSCLC tissue was increased(P<0.05),CCLE analysis showed that PRC1 was also highly expressed in NSCLC cell lines.The overall survival rate of Kaplan-Meier Plots showed that high expression of PRC1 was lower than that of patients with lower expression of PCR1.After further grouping revealed that PRC1 expression was negatively correlated with the survival time of pulmonary adenocarcinoma patients,but had no significant effect on the prognosis of squamous carcinoma patients.Conclusion The expression of PRC1 in NSCLC tissues is increased and which is significantly associated with the prognosis for survival in patients with NSCLC.
