中国全科住院医师规范化培训文献计量和热点分析

摘　　要：目的通过对中国全科住院医师规范化培训发表的文献进行计量分析,探讨全科住院医师规范化培训的研究历程和热点知识。方法2001年1月—2019年12月中国知网数据库收录的以主题词“全科”和“住院医师规范化培训”检索符合要求432篇文献作为研究对象,利用CiteSpace软件从年度发文、论文单位、高频作者、论文期刊、基金资助、高频关键词、热点聚类、时间区域图等8个方面进行文献计量和热点分析。结果全科住院医师规范化培训文献年均发文22.7篇,2019年发文86篇。作者单位主要是附属医院、大学医学院校和卫生管理部门,作者主要分布在杭州、上海和北京等经济发达地区,发文3篇以上有30位作者,已形成较为稳定的核心研究群体,医学类和教育类期刊发文最高,国家基金资助占总文献比为2.08%。高频关键词逐年反映研究热点变化,研究热点是师资培训、全科医生在职培训和医学教育。结论年度发文逐渐增加趋势并进入快速发展期;发文者主要是来自经济发达地区的附属医院和大学医学院校。国家级基金资助较少;加强全科医师的师资培训和在职培训,提高全科医生的医学教育水平。Objective To explore the research process and generally concerned knowledge of standardized training for general practitioners through the quantitative analysis of relevant literatures published in China.Methods A total of 432 papers published from January 2001 to December 2019,which met the requirements with the keywords“general practice”and“standardized training of resident doctors”,were retrieved from the database of CNKI.CiteSpace software was used to carry out bibliometrics and hotspot analysis in terms of annual number of paper publications,authors’organizations,high-frequency authors,paper journals,fund support,high-frequency keywords,hotspot clustering,and time area map.Results There were 22.7 papers published annually on standardized training of general practitioners,of which 86 were published in 2019.The authors were mainly from affiliated hospitals,medical colleges and universities and health management departments.They were mainly distributed in the economically developed areas such as Hangzhou,Shanghai and Beijing.There were 30 authors who published more than 3 papers,and a relatively stable core research group was formed.Most of these papers were published in medical and educational journals and the papers funded by national funds accounted for 2.08%of the total literature.High-frequency keywords reflected the yearly change of research hotspots,which focused on teacher training,in-service training of general practitioners and medical education.Conclusion The annual publication of relevant papers gradually increases and comes a period of rapid development.The paper authors are mainly from affiliated hospitals,medical colleges and universities of economically developed areas.Few articles were funded by national funds.We should strengthen teacher training and in-service training for general practitioners as well as improve their medical education.
