摘　　要：牙列缺损是人体口腔的常见病和多发病,主要由龋病、外伤和牙周病等疾病引起。严重的牙列缺损不仅会影响患者颌面部行使功能,还会影响患者美观和心理健康。传统修复和种植修复是牙列缺损常见的治疗方式,随着种植外科技术和种植体材料的不断发展,种植义齿修复在临床上被越来越多的医生和患者所选择,对传统修复在临床的应用产生了一定的冲击和影响。本文主要综述了种植修复的优点及局限性,并对传统修复在种植修复迅猛发展下的困境和定位进行了分析。Dentition defect is a common and frequently-occurring disease in the human oral cavity,which is mainly caused by dental caries,trauma,periodontal disease and other diseases.Severe dentition defects will not only affect the patient's maxillofacial function,but also affect the patient's appearance and mental health.Traditional restoration and implant restoration are common treatment methods for dentition defects.With the continuous development of implant surgery technology and implant materials,implant denture restoration is clinically selected by more and more doctors and patients.The application has had a certain impact and influence.This article mainly reviews the advantages and limitations of plant restoration,and analyzes the difficulties and positioning of traditional restoration under the rapid development of plant restoration.
