摘　　要：目的:探讨教师标准化患者(teacher standardized patients,TSP)和客观结构化临床考试(objective structured clinical examination,OSCE)在文职护士野战救护实践能力考核中的应用及效果评价,以期为推动文职护士野战救护实践能力培养提供依据。方法:选取在某军医大学进行军事职业教育培训的207名文职护士为研究对象,给予理论和6站式TSP/OSCE野战救护实践能力考核。分析文职护士考核成绩,通过问卷调查法探讨文职护士、TSP、考核教师对OSCE考核方式和效果的评价。结果:文职护士的理论成绩为78.0~96.5分,平均(87.53±3.23)分;实践成绩66.0~98.0分,平均(88.33±5.80)分。95.65%的文职护士和100.00%的TSP、考核教师对OSCE考试的场所、设施及考试组织安排满意,93.72%的文职护士和100.00%的TSP、考核教师认为OSCE考核客观公平;98.07%的文职护士认为OSCE考核能促进野战救护能力的掌握,88.33%以上的TSP、考核教师认为OSCE考核有助于引导文职护士重视野战救护实践能力训练,提升卫勤保障能力;96.62%的文职护士和100%的TSP、考核教师认为OSCE值得推广。结论:TSP/OSCE考核模式能科学、客观地评价文职护士的野战救护实践能力、有助于提升其卫勤保障能力、促进教学相长。Objective:To explore the practical application and the effect of teachers standardized patients(TSP)and objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)in the assessment of civilian nurses′field military nursing practice,and to provide practical basis for promoting the cultivation of civilian personnels′field military nursing practice competencies.Methods:A total of 207 civilian nurses who received military vocational education and training in a military medical university were selected as the research objects.They were given theoretical assessment and 6-station TSP/OSCE military nursing practical assessment,and then the examination results of civilian nurses were analyzed.The evaluation of OSCE assessment methods and effects by civilian nurses,TSP and teacher assessor were explored after training by questionnaire.Results:The theoretical scores of civilian nurses ranged from 78.0 to 96.5,with an average of(87.53±3.23)points.The practical scores ranged from 66.0 to 98.0,with an average of(88.33±5.80)points.95.65%of the civilian nurses and 100.00%of the TSP and assessment teachers were satisfied with the location,facilities and organization of the OSCE examination.93.72%of the civilian nurses and 100.00%of the TSP and assessment teachers considered the OSCE assessment objective and fair.98.07%of the civilian nurses believed that the OSCE assessment could promote the mastery of military nursing ability.More than 88.33%of the TSP and assessment teachers believed that OSCE assessment guided civilian nurses to pay attention to military nursing practice training,which was conducive to improving military medical support ability.96.62%of the civilian nurses and 100.00%of the TSP and assessment teachers considered it necessary to promote OSCE.Conclusion:The TSP/OSCE assessment model can scientifically and objectively evaluate the military nursing practice of civilian nurses,which is helpful to improve their medical support ability and promote teaching and learning.
