摘　　要：支架蛋白4A(cullin4a,CUL4A)是泛素-蛋白酶体系统中泛素E3连接酶家族的一个重要成员,不仅促进恶性肿瘤的发生发展,还与肿瘤临床预后密切相关。众多恶性肿瘤发生发展存在CUL4A异常高表达。鉴于CUL4A在恶性肿瘤中的意义,了解其发病机制对治疗恶性肿瘤具有重要价值。本研究就CUL4A与肿瘤发生之间的生物学机制及在恶性肿瘤中的应用作一综述。Cullin4A(CUL4A)is one of the important members of the ubiquitin E3 ligase family in the ubiquitin-proteasome system,which not only promotes the occurence and the development of malignant tumors,but also is closely associated with the clinical prognosis of human tumors.Abnormal expression of CUL4A has been found in most malignant tumors.In view of the significance of CUL4A in malignant tumors,understanding its pathogenesis is of great value for the treatment of malignant tumors.This article reviews biological mechanism between CUL4A and tumor and application of malignant tumor.
