摘　　要：增殖、侵袭和转移是恶性肿瘤的重要生物学特征。果蝇Prospero同源异型盒蛋白1(prospero homeobox protein 1,Prox-1)是胚胎时期淋巴管生成及发育过程中最基本的调控因子,是淋巴管内皮细胞特异性标记物,与肿瘤淋巴道转移密切相关。研究表明,Prox-1与多种肿瘤如中枢神经系统、甲状腺、原发性肝、胃、胰腺、结直肠、乳腺、血液系统肿瘤及其他肉瘤等的发生发展密切相关。在不同的肿瘤中,根据生物学特性,Prox-1可表现为激活因子或阻遏因子。现就Prox-1的生物特性及其与各种肿瘤发生发展的关系进行综述。Proliferation,invasion and metastasis are important biological characteristics of malignant tumors.Prospero homeobox protein 1(Prox-1)is the most basic regulatory factor in the formation and development of lymphatic vessels in embryonic period.It is a specific marker of lymphatic vascular endothelial cells and is closely related to lymphatic metastasis of tumors.Some papers reported that Prox-1 is closely related to the occurrence and development of a variety of tumors such as central nervous system,thyroid,primary liver,stomach,pancreas,colorectal,breast,hematologic system tumors and other sarcomas.Prox-1 may appear as an activator or repressor in different tumors,depending on biological characteristics.The biological characteristics of Prox-1 and its relationship with the occurrence and development of various tumors are reviewed.
