摘　　要：关于先秦子书《鹖冠子》的作者、文本诸问题,历来争论较多。此书思想涵盖面甚广,主体为黄老道家色彩,同时对其他各家亦有参证。全书涉及宇宙论、政治论、军事论等内容,其中,“四稽”“五至”“九道”“五正”等特色思想值得深入研究。He Guan Zi is an anthology of the ancient philosopher He Guan Zi.There have been many disputes about the author and text.His thoughts cover a wide range,with Huang-Lao Taoism as the main body and references to other schools.The content of the whole book involves cosmology,politics,military theory,etc.Among them,characteristic thoughts such as"Four Jis","Five Zhis","Nine Daos"and"Five Zhengs"are worthy of in-depth study.
