摘　　要：民族传统体育文化作为我国传统文化的分支之一,其一点一滴都非常珍贵,但在历史浪潮的影响下,民族传统体育文化开始不断流失,且由于人们观念、审美观的改变,这种流失现象在不断恶化,因此出于文化保护目的,有必要对民族传统体育文化的继承与发展进行探讨。对此,该文将展开相关研究,分析对民族传统体育文化继承存在阻碍的因素,针对这些因素提出相关策略,同时在未来发展视角上,提出民族传统体育文化发展的途径与推进方法。As one of the branches of Chinese traditional culture,the national traditional sports culture is very precious,but under the inf luence of the historical tide,the national traditional sports culture began to lose continuously,and because of the change of people's concept and aesthetic outlook,the loss phenomenon is deteriorating,so for the purpose of cultural protection,it is necessary to discuss with development inherit the national traditional sports culture.This paper will carry out relevant research,analyze the factors that hinder the inheritance of national traditional sports culture,put forward relevant strategies for the factors,and put forward the development ways and promotion methods of national traditional sports culture from the perspective of future development.
