提高高职女生排球技战术水平的策略

摘　　要：现如今,高职院校的女学生均有报名参加排球项目的趋势,她们正处于青春活力、身强力壮的年纪,十分适合排球这项运动,但如果要打出好成绩,就必须提升高职女生的排球技战术水平,要提高竞技水平,首先需要具备战略思维,其次是要意识到现实训练中所出现的问题,及时进行查漏补缺,再次就是要全面了解制胜因素,最后就是开展提升女生排球技战术的实际操作。Nowadays,there is a trend that female students in higher vocational colleges sign up for volleyball events.They are in their youth and strong age,and they are very suitable for volleyball.But if they want to make good achievements,t hey must improve t he t echnical and t actical level of female s tudents in h igher vocational colleges.In order to improve their competitive level,they must f irst have strategic thinking.Secondly,they must be aware of the actual training.The third is to fully understand the winning factors,and the last is to carry out the actual operation of improving girls'volleyball skills and tactics.
