摘　　要：大课间体育活动已经在中学开展了较长的时间,其和传统的课间操活动相比具有显著的优势,受到了学生的喜爱,比如形式多样、内容丰富等。体育大课间活动的开展对学生的健康发展、学校发展及教师专业发展都具有积极影响。该文通过调查法、实验法、经验总结法及文献资料法,对当前湖里区中学大课间活动现状进行调查,分析开展现状和发展需求,为完善大课间活动模式的研究提供基础,进而结合湖里区各中学情况,对大课间活动的相关内容进行明确,促进湖里区中学大课间活动的有效开展。Big break sports activities have been carried out in middle schools for a long time.Compared with the traditional exercise activities,it has signif icant advantages and is loved by students,such as various forms and r ich content.The development of spor ts break activities has a positive impact on students'healthy development,school development and teachers'professional development.Through the methods of investigation,experiment,experience summary and literature review,this paper investigates the current situation of big break activities in Huli District,analyzes the current situation and development needs,and provides the basis for improving the research of big break activity mode,and then combined with the situation of middle schools in Huli District,clarif ies the relevant contents of big break activities,so as to promote the development of effective implementation in middle school big break activities in Huli District.
