体育教学中渗透心理健康教育的研究

摘　　要：对初中生进行体育教学的过程中,教师要合理渗透心理健康教育,促进学生身心素养的有效提升。文章分析初中阶段的学生存在的心理问题,指出教师要渗透成功教育,增强学生的自信;开展合作交流,培养与学生的感情;开展体育竞赛,培养学生的健康心理;在教学过程中渗透多样化的心理健康教育。In the process of physical education for junior middle school students,teachers should reasonably infiltrate mental health education to promote the effective improvement of students'physical and mental quality.This paper analyzes the psychological problems of junior middle school students,and points out that teachers should infiltrate success education to enhance students'self-confidence;to carry out cooperation and exchange,to draw close to the feelings of students;carry out sports competition to cultivate students'healthy psychology;in the process of teaching,diversified mental health education should be infiltrated.
