摘  要:该文基于心理学视角,从挖掘创新潜能出发,以塑造德才兼备、人格完善的教育人才为宗旨,分析了心理咨询技术在培养教练型师资过程中的作用,并从心理学课程设置与心理咨询技能培训两方面阐述了教练型师资的培养路径,强调基于心理学视角培育中学教练型教师的必要性与重要性。Based on the perspective of psychology,this paper aims to cultivate educational talents with both ability and professional ethics as well as perfect personality from the perspective of tapping the potential for innovation.It analyzes the role of psychological counseling techniques in the process of cultivating coach-type teachers,expounds the training path of coach-type teachers from the two aspects of psychology curriculum and psychological counseling skills training,and emphasizes the necessity and importance of cultivating coach-type middle school teachers from the perspective of psychology.
