摘　　要：恶性肿瘤是威胁人类生命健康最主要的疾病,也是全球人口疾病死亡的主要原因。当前越来越多的研究着力于寻找全新、有效的可用于诊断、预防和治疗恶性肿瘤的生物标志物,是一个重要发展方向。近年来SLC40A1在恶性肿瘤的铁代谢作用被广泛研究,它是参与肿瘤的细胞铁流出唯一转运蛋白。本文主要选取了SLC40A1,综述其在恶性肿瘤增殖与转移中的作用,并为恶性肿瘤治疗提供方向。Malignant tumor is the most important disease threatening human life and health,and it is also the main cause of death from disease in the global population.At present,more and more researches focus on finding new and effective biomarkers that can be used to diagnose,prevent and treat malignant tumors,which is an important development direction.In recent years,the iron metabolism effect of SLC40A1 in malignant tumors has been extensively studied.It is the only transporter involved in the iron outflow of tumor cells.This article mainly selects SLC40A1,reviews its role in the proliferation and metastasis of malignant tumors,and provides directions for the treatment of malignant tumors.
