摘 要:分别用化学镀铜和电镀锡法在涤纶织物(PET)表面涂覆一层铜/锡合金,通过正交实验和单因素实验法对制备工艺进行优化,对制得的电磁屏蔽织物面料进行结构表征和性能测试。结果表明,优化化学镀铜工艺为:硫酸铜25 g/L,甲醛30 g/L,柠檬酸15 g/L,pH 12,65℃;优化电镀锡工艺为:电压1.5 V,9 min。扫描电镜、能谱分析及XRD衍射结果表明涤纶织物表面可获得较为理想的Sn/Cu复合镀层,锡在化学镀铜层表面形成一层保护膜,抗氧化能力显著增强;牢度测试结果表明复合镀织物具有良好的耐洗性和耐磨性;电磁屏蔽测试结果表明在6.5~10.0 GHz内电磁屏蔽性能均可达71 dB以上,具有优异的电磁屏蔽性能。Electroless copper plating and tin electroplating were used to coat a layer of copper/tin alloy on the surface of polyester fabric(PET).The preparation process was optimized by orthogonal experiment and sin⁃gle factor experiment.The structure characterization and properties of the electromagnetic shielding fabric were tested by various means.The results showed that the optimal electroless copper plating process was copper sulfate 25 g/L,formaldehyde 30 g/L,citric acid 15 g/L,pH 12,65℃.The optimal tin plating process was 1.5 V electroplating voltage and 9 min.SEM,EDS and XRD results showed that an ideal Sn/Cu composite coating could be obtained on the surface of the polyester fabric.Tin formed a protective film on the surface of the electroless copper coating and the oxidation resistance was significantly improved.The combined fastness test results showed that the composite coated fabric had good washing resistance and abrasion resistance.The electromagnetic shielding test results showed that the electromagnetic shielding efficiency could reach more than 71 dB in 6.5~10.0 GHz and it had excellent electromagnetic shielding performance.
